We are happy to assist you in choosing the right route, making group reservations, and providing advice on our culinary offerings. Tailored and personal, just the way it suits you.

Benefits

• For groups of 10 paying people or more, there is a 30% discount on scheduled boat trips.

• On the Fajita Ship or the Fondue and Raclette Ship, one person per 15 people gets a free meal. (For all other culinary boat trips, there is no group discount.)

• Youth groups up to 25 years old travel at half-fare price.

Advance Booking

• For groups of 10 or more people, please make an advance booking using the form below. For group reservations, no seats are reserved on the ship unless combined with a restaurant reservation.

• Groups booking their trip through SBB are automatically registered with us.

Tickets

• For groups of 10 paying people or more, you will receive a group ticket.

• You can obtain the group ticket on the day of travel directly at the counter or on the ship.

• The Half-Fare Card and GA are taken into account for group tickets.

• Please note that day passes (municipal day passes, half-fare day passes, promotional day passes, junior and child travel passes) are not counted towards the group ticket.

Catering Options for Groups

We are happy to assist you in organizing your group booking for 10 or more people, including restaurant reservations. We consider your culinary wishes individually. Please note that the menu may change depending on the route and the ship. However, we are available for consultations.

• Please note that on routes with a steamship deployment, a restaurant reservation is only possible in the first class.

• For groups of 10 or more, a prior and uniform menu selection is requested.

Cancellation Conditions

Group booking with catering service:

In case of cancellation, the following costs will be charged: - Up to 14 working days before the event: No costs - Up to 7 working days before the event: 40% of the agreed services - Up to 3 working days before the event: 50% of the agreed service - Less than 3 working days before the event: 100% of the agreed services

Group booking without catering service:

You can reschedule your group booking at any time without canceling. Please inform us in advance so we can forward the information accordingly.
